AAF Seattle’s annual Art Bash is a good-natured creative competition, a fundraising auction, and a huge party all rolled into one.

Several weeks ago, Seattle’s top agencies—including Creature, Wexley School for Girls, POP, and several others—were given blank canvases. They created works of art on those canvases. Then AAF Seattle threw a soiree where attendees were invited to bid to win that art (over 25 pieces were submitted) and help raise money for minority students seeking a degree in communications.

This year’s event, titled “Framing Creativity in Seattle,” took place Wednesday, November 9, at Sole Repair in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle.

In addition to the agency art, Art Bash also featured works from spotlight artist CM Ruiz. Attendees were welcome to bid on a piece commissioned for this night from the noted underground poster, album cover and merchandise designer.

Herban Feast provided catering for the event and Bellevue Art & Frame was the sponsor.
