Liberman Broadcasting & Estrella TV Announce New Seattle Affiliate

Liberman Broadcasting, Inc., the largest privately held, minority-owned Spanish-language broadcaster in the United States, announced that its national Hispanic television network, Estrella TV, has inked an affiliate deal with World Television of Washington, LLC in the Seattle market.
